Korean manufacturer Young Chang introduced the Bergmann name to commemorate the opening of their new high-tech production facility in the early 1990’s.  Only a few pianos were made under that name before it was retired.  This piano would have been one of the first to roll off that brand-new assembly line, and has all the construction quality and depth of sound you’d expect from a Young Chang.
