The original Pianomation Player Piano system was designed by QRS and set the standard for the modern player piano.

The “forward-thinking” system anticipated the demise of the floppy disc and CD. Today, even the earliest Pianomation systems can play from any music player.

Using a less invasive installation, upgradable hardware, and a longer solenoid, Pianomation plays with more dynamics and sounds better at softer levels than any other player piano.

This system was retired in 2011. A wide range of music – including new titles by today’s most popular artists – is still available for Pianomation.
